Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 8 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, the order must be returned in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that once an order has shipped, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
