1-Year Limited Warranty

We proudly stand behind the quality of our watches. Each watch is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the watch at no charge.

What is covered

• Defects in movement or internal components

• Manufacturing flaws in the case, dial, or hands

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or fading

• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect

• Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Water damage due to improper use or failure to follow care instructions

• Straps, bands, batteries, or cosmetic damage

How to make a warranty claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. The customer is responsible for shipping the watch to us; we will cover the return shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements.
