Return & Exchange Policy 

NEAT is dedicated to offering a 14-Days Return & Exchange Policy for customers who are dissatisfied with their watch purchase. 

Refunds or exchanges are only available for items that are new, unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

All returned watches are carefully inspected for any signs of wear, including marks on the case, crystal, or strap. Any sizing adjustments or removal of bracelet links will void eligibility for return. To complete the return process, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. NEAT is not liable for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Please note that only items directly purchased from NEAT are accepted for returns. Items bought through other retailers must adhere to the respective return and refund policies of those establishments.
